Managing Director, Amadeo Marquez-Perez, coordinates the Australian leg of proceedings. He says the festival has “been working and supporting regional and rural communities since 2001. All films entered must feature the 15/15 Object & Quote contained in the Quickies Kits to prove the film was made specifically for 15/15 in that year. Filmmakers are free to present the Object & Quote in any way.” ![]() Last Time I Cried (2007) The quote for 2008 was “Yes, it is quite common” and the object to be used in the films was ‘Keys’. Filmmakers had a diverse response to the brief. Melbournian Genevieve Bailey said “it worked quite well with our film as it was easy to use”. Juan Rodrigo from Puerto Rico thought “the quote was going to be hard to use but we found the object more challenging”. ![]() A Day in the Life Without Money (2007) The screening program was opened at RMIT’s Capitol Theatre on May 31st and is now touring regionally until mid July. Local films headline in each destination, followed by a selection from the 2008 international collection. Cassie May ![]() The Three Rules of Zarloff (2007) 15/15 Film Festival Screenings 2008
